DECLARATIONS OF PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

1. Purpose

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you, as a visitor and/or user of the Website, about the manner in which we treat your personal information and about the various alternatives you have regarding the use of your personal information.

In this regard, ALMA RENTALS, in light of the proposed purpose, guarantees that the data collected through the Website will always be treated in such a way as to safeguard the protective purpose that the protection of personal data establishes.

The confidentiality of private communications between ALMA RENTALS and users will imply the maintenance of information in files, banks, or databases, so that access by users or simple third parties who are not authorized for such purpose is restricted. Periodically, we may modify this Privacy Policy to include the treatment of new topics and to reflect changes in our Website, the technologies used by ALMA RENTALS that may affect the treatment of your information, or our attitude regarding the use of the collected information. In due course, we may add such changes to this Privacy Policy as they occur, so that you can access at any time to know about the information we collect, the use of said information, and the eventual possibilities of disclosing or transferring it to third parties, as the case may be.

2. Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all sites and services owned and/or operated by ALMA RENTALS and/or related companies, and to any other site we may own or operate now or in the future. This Privacy Policy will not apply if you access sites other than the ALMA RENTALS sites, even when such sites are linked to the ALMA RENTALS sites by means of links or any other type of bond, whether telematic or otherwise.

3. Use of the Website. Personal Information

To browse the Website, it is not necessary to register as a user, but access to some of the services and content provided through the Website, as well as the intention to facilitate your use of or participation in subscription registrations, access accounts, and/or in relation to any other activities, services, or resources that we may provide on the Website, may be conditioned upon your prior registration as a user. For this purpose, you must provide ALMA RENTALS with the information detailed in the electronic forms available on the Website. A user is understood to be any natural person who completes any of the contact and/or inquiry forms available on the Website. Registration as a user is free of charge.

Your personally identifiable information as an individual user, meaning your full name, address, telephone number, service access preferences, and/or your e-mail address, will hereinafter be referred to as "Personal Information." Likewise, Personal Information may be shared with third parties, such as group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities, and other third-party service providers or contractors necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above, for which you provide your express consent. In the event that the aforementioned third parties are located in countries that do not possess an adequate level of protection, ALMA RENTALS will adopt the necessary measures to guarantee the protection of the personal data of the users in accordance with the standards of our legislation.

ALMA RENTALS may contract service providers or outsourcing companies that contribute to improving the ALMA RENTALS Service. ALMA RENTALS will ensure that certain standards are met by signing agreements or covenants that guarantee the privacy of user data and that they will be used solely for the purposes described above.

In all these cases, we will only collect and store your Personal Information if you provide it voluntarily. As a general rule, when a personal data item is requested to use a service or access certain content, its delivery is not mandatory, except in those cases where it is specifically indicated that it is a required data item for the provision of the service or access to the content. You will be solely responsible for the information provided and for the activity developed on the Website, and you must maintain secure access to it. ALMA RENTALS may request proof or additional data to corroborate the personal data of the users of the Website and may suspend those users whose data could not be confirmed. Under no circumstances may you use another user's account on the Website, being responsible for the damages and losses caused by the use of any third-party account. It will be the user's responsibility to keep their data updated.

We maintain reasonable technical, electronic, and organizational security procedures to maintain the security of Personal Information and safeguard Personal Information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and/or against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, disclosure, or access. The information and data you provide us through the Website will be included in a customer and user database, registered with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information), which will remain under the responsibility of ALMA RENTALS and will be intended for the purposes indicated in each case on the Website. While we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit. It is your responsibility to protect any email or password you have created or used in connection with ALMA RENTALS and any of our sites, and to notify us if you ever suspect that the security and confidentiality of such email or password has been compromised in any way. You are solely responsible for the use of your account through your email and password. We will retain Personal Information for as long as required by applicable laws, or for as long as necessary for the purpose(s) described above for which it is processed, and even thereafter.

Your registration on the Website and the acceptance of this Privacy Policy imply that you provide your express, free, and informed consent for the inclusion, use, and treatment of your personal data by ALMA RENTALS.

ALMA RENTALS will carry out the processing of your personal data in full accordance with the provisions of Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data (of Argentina), its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001, and complementary regulations, adopting the technical and organizational precautions necessary for the custody, storage, conservation, and confidentiality of the information in order to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment, or access.

In the event that you provide us with your Personal Information, you accept that such Personal Information may be used to carry out the activities mentioned above. Likewise, if you make yourself known to us by sending us an e-mail, we may request, or use if available, your Personal Information for the purpose of responding to your e-mail and to what was requested in it in more detail.

Finally, you accept that we may also archive your Personal Information and/or any other data for future reference, or discard that information partially or totally after having used it. Once you send us your Personal Information, you expressly consent that we may also use personal information for internal and external marketing, as well as for promotional purposes. The owner of the personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to them free of charge at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is proven as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales (National Directorate for Personal Data Protection), the enforcement body of Law No. 25,326, has the authority to deal with complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection. 4. Prohibitions on the Use of the Website

The use of the Website is not allowed for:

• Any activity contrary to the law, morality, or good customs;
• Uploading ("up load"), publishing, transmitting, or making available by any means and form, any material or content that could be considered offensive, defamatory, injurious, libelous, discriminatory, or objectionable;
• Publishing, transmitting, or making available by any means and form, content that violates the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual or industrial property rights;
• Modifying the Website, servers, or connected networks, as well as interfering with or disrupting it;
• Disclosing or collecting personal data of third parties without their prior written authorization for such purposes;
• Choosing or using another person's account with the intention of impersonating that person;
• Using another person's account; and
• Making commercial use of the Website without prior written authorization from ALMA RENTALS.

5. Sending Messages - Contacting Us

In order to provide you with better service, messages may be sent by us in the future to confirm your registration and/or the status of your account, and/or to notify you regarding changes to the terms and conditions of the Website or this Privacy Policy. Occasionally, e-mails might even be sent by us to present a product, service, information, etc., that we consider could be of interest to the users of the Website.

If you wish to rectify, change, access, delete, restrict, or object to your personal information or decide to stop receiving the message delivery service, you must notify us reliably by sending an e-mail to our address info@almarentals.com.ar to proceed with your request as soon as possible.

6. Exceptions to Our Reservation of Personal Information and Other Information

In compliance with our legal obligations, your personal information and/or any other specific type of information about you that we may access intentionally or casually and/or about your account, may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with legal procedures such as a search warrant, a court subpoena, a court order, or requirements of administrative authorities that may be considered valid under applicable laws. Likewise, for our protection, yours, and that of other users of the Website, your personal information may also be disclosed in those cases that imply the existence of an attempt to breach the security of the Website or physical danger or threat against you, us, or third parties.

In those cases where you provide or disseminate your Personal Information or any other information concerning your person in online communications, such information may eventually be collected and used by third parties with or without your consent. Although we put forth our best efforts to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you disseminate or provide through such forms of online communications, and therefore, you disclose that information under your sole responsibility.

7. Capacity. Children's Privacy

Because minors may not properly understand all the stipulations of our Privacy Policy and their implications, nor validly decide on the options available to our adult users, we urge all parents, guardians, or adults under whose supervision minors access the Website to participate actively and carefully in the activities that the minor performs on the Internet, the online services used by such minors, the information they access, whether when such minors visit the Website or any other third-party site, and to teach them how to protect their own personal information while online.

The services of the Website are only available to persons of legal age who have the legal capacity to contract. Persons who do not have that capacity and minors may not use the services.

In the case of lack of capacity due to minority, the responsibility for determining the services and content accessed by minors corresponds to the adults in whose charge they are.

9. System or Database Violations

No action or use of a device, software, or other means intended to interfere both with the activities and operations of the Website and with the descriptions, accounts, or databases of ALMA RENTALS is permitted. Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or is contrary to the laws on intellectual property rights and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this contract will make its responsible party liable to the pertinent legal actions and the sanctions provided for by this agreement, as well as making them responsible for indemnifying the damages and losses caused.

10. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and accept that all material and content published on the Website, including – but not limited to – texts, software, graphics, photographs, audio, music, videos, interactive content, and the like, belong to ALMA RENTALS or have been granted to ALMA RENTALS under license, being protected by intellectual property rights.

You may only use the information and materials contained on the Website exclusively for private and non-commercial purposes. Such information and materials may not be used, copied, reproduced, modified, altered, sold, licensed, or exploited in any other way, directly or indirectly, in any medium or support, for a use other than strictly personal, nor perform any other act that violates intellectual property rights.

11. Website Operation and Links

The Website may eventually not be available, totally or partially, due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or due to any other circumstance beyond ALMA RENTALS. In such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible.

The Website may contain links to other websites that are not owned or operated by ALMA RENTALS. Since ALMA RENTALS has no control over such sites, it will NOT be responsible for the content, materials, actions, and/or services provided by them, nor for damages or losses caused by the use thereof, whether caused directly or indirectly. The presence of links to other websites does not imply a partnership, relationship, approval, or endorsement by ALMA RENTALS of said sites and their contents.

12. Order of Competent Authorities. Legal Requirements

ALMA RENTALS cooperates with competent authorities and other third parties to guarantee compliance with laws, for example, in matters of protection of industrial and intellectual property rights, fraud prevention, and other matters.

ALMA RENTALS may disclose user data upon request of competent judicial or government authorities for the purpose of investigations conducted by them, including but not limited to criminal investigations, fraud, related to computer piracy, copyright violation, infringement of industrial or intellectual property rights, or other activity that is illegal or that may expose ALMA RENTALS or its users to any legal liability. In such situations, ALMA RENTALS will collaborate with the competent authorities in order to safeguard the integrity and security of the community and that of its users.

13. Deactivation of a User Account

In the event that a user decides to deactivate their account on the Website, ALMA RENTALS will retain the data and information provided through it, unless the user requests its deletion, in which case the user's data will be deleted within the legal timeframes.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy has been drafted and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute, conflict, or divergence that may arise from the use of the Website and the Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
